Review Josies Coat of Oats!

Posted on March 18, 2014 at 10:25 AM

Are you tired of the same old hum drum just ok GF Bread crumbs?  I am!  I was recently able to try Josies Coat of Oats... and was very pleasantly surprised at how delicious they were and  made my meals!.

In my dieting days, pre gluten intolerant, I used oatmeal in a lot of dishes for fillers to cut the calories and increase nutrients.  I haven't had oats in a long time well until now.  I made a few dishes using the coat of oats and they were all delishious!  I combined my Schnitizel spice to make a super healthy version of my Schnitzel recipe!

I also made some of her recipes from her website found here- Josies Coat of Oats.  These oats are very low in salt so you are able to add your own flavor and your own spice per your liking.  Use them the way you would use any recipe using breadcrumbs!

If you have a chance to at least try these I would highly recommend them.
